An animated show idea about a gregarious and rather out of touch girl starting a punk band in the heart of hipster-ville Brooklyn NYC. Totally Tawny! Is truly an underdog story. Picture if you can, Pepperment Patty moved to brooklyn to be a rock star and find love —smells like struggle wrapped in funny.
